Where to begin. From the initial property viewing I was aware that I had been afforded the pleasure to work with professional, kind hearted and honest individuals from McConnells (Dartford Branch). Claire was superb at the viewing and gave me all the time I needed. I then had the pleasure of communicating with Claire through emails. She was very responses and ensured gauge was set up promptly to commence the tenancy. The day of the move arrived and I was spoiled once again to have the pleasure of meeting Jools. Jools was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I was very surprised to received such a beautiful loving in gift. To further express how kind this team are, I managed to lock myself out of the pairing in day 2. Claire without hesitation said she would drive down to let me in. There was no blame, no frustration, just a genuine response to a very stressful situation. I believe I have found my forever home but should the time come to move on, I would also do so with McConnells Dartford. Thank you for restoring my faith in renting! You are all superb and I hope that you bring many more the joy you have given me.
Would highly recommend McConnells to anyone looking to buy in the Kent area. Amanda and Jules in particular were very helpful to me and my partner, they answered our questions and were very patient with us as first time buyers.
